Developing therapeutics and diagnostics through migrasome biology

Engineered delivery, disease information analysis and targeted regulation: three platforms advancing the translation of migrasome biology.

Engineered delivery platform

Delivering larger, more complex medicines into target cells

We produce engineered migrasomes through induced spatial displacement, combining a large cargo space, modifiable cell-derived membranes and membrane-fusion release to expand delivery options for complex payloads.

Four modules enable endogenous loading in producer cells

A migrasome generation module, therapeutic cargo, a loading enhancement module and a membrane-fusion protein are introduced into producer cells. Large payloads are loaded endogenously, followed by induced relative spatial displacement to form engineered migrasomes.

Engineering advantages for complex cargo delivery

In vitro transcription (IVT), purification and LNP packaging of ultra-long mRNA present multiple engineering challenges. RNA impurities may increase immune stimulation, while encapsulation and particle structure affect effective delivery. FusoMig combines endogenous loading in producer cells, large cargo space and membrane-fusion release to provide key engineering advantages for ultra-long nucleic acids and complex payloads.

A new organelle means previously unexplored information

Complex backgrounds in blood and tissue can obscure key signals. Our unique platform first enriches and identifies migrasomes, then reads the molecular information they carry, focusing disease research on this specific biological component.
