MigraPure™︎ Turbo - Density-Gradient-Free Rapid Cultured-Cell Migrasome Purification Kit
PRC005
For immunomagnetic negative-selection purification of cultured-cell migrasome crude preparations, with 50 μg of crude material defined per test.
Use this page for product selection and experiment planning. Consult the PRC005 series manual for the full procedure and limitations.
This kit uses immunomagnetic negative selection to remove endomembrane-derived contaminants from crude cultured-cell migrasome preparations, yielding purified migrasomes.
Without density gradients or ultracentrifugation, BCA-quantified crude preparations undergo purification-reagent treatment, magnetic-bead negative selection, and final high-speed centrifugation to obtain purified migrasomes.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Product advantages
Targeted removal of endomembrane contamination
An internally optimized immunomagnetic negative-selection system removes contaminants derived from intracellular membranes in crude migrasome preparations.
Purification without a density gradient
Eliminates density-gradient preparation and ultracentrifugation to shorten and simplify migrasome purification.
Consistent purification performance
Achieves purification comparable to conventional density-gradient centrifugation while reducing protein contamination.
Broad downstream applications
Purified samples can be used for migrasome counting, protein and RNA analysis, and cell function assays.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does this product include migrasome production and crude isolation?
No. This product starts with an existing cultured-cell migrasome crude preparation and is intended for subsequent immunomagnetic purification.
How much crude material is required per test?
Pack sizes are based on 50 µg crude migrasomes per test: 10 tests for PRC005 and 2 for PRC005S. The precautions generally recommend an input of at least 50 µg. Recovery is approximately 30%–50% for L929 cells and requires optimization for other cell types.
Is an ultracentrifuge required?
The manual workflow uses refrigerated centrifugation at 18,000×g and a magnetic rack, not density-gradient ultracentrifugation.
How can magnetic-bead performance be protected?
Store magnetic bead suspension B at 4°C, strictly avoid freezing or icing, and vortex thoroughly before use.
Why is resuspension quality important?
Thoroughly resuspend the pellet until no obvious particles remain, both before and after purification-reagent treatment. Incomplete resuspension directly affects separation performance.
