PRODUCT FEATURES
Product advantages
Neutrophil-specific purification
Isolation and purification of mouse neutrophil-derived migrasomes support studies of their cellular origin.
Low contamination, consistent quality
Multistep purification and dual magnetic-bead negative selection reduce non-target components and protein contamination to support sample quality.
Flexible sample types
Suitable for mouse whole blood, plasma, or serum; samples stored at -80°C can also be processed as directed in the manual.
Broad downstream applications
Isolated samples can be used for migrasome counting, protein and RNA analysis, and cell function assays.
SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS
Sample requirements
Samples stored at -80°C may be used, but freeze-thawing and plasma-preparation conditions may affect yield and recovery. Plasma obtained through blood-filtration membranes is not suitable.
Low-binding consumables are recommended throughout the procedure. A fixed-angle rotor of 45° or greater is recommended for 20,000×g enrichment.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does this product differ from PRMB001?
PRMB002 targets mouse neutrophil-derived migrasomes and uses an additional purification stage plus a two-bead system, whereas PRMB001 targets total cell-derived migrasomes.
Which samples are suitable?
Mouse peripheral blood, plasma, or serum is suitable, including plasma or serum stored at -80°C. Freeze-thawing and plasma-preparation conditions may affect yield and recovery. Plasma obtained through blood-filtration membranes is not suitable.
Which anticoagulant is recommended?
The manual recommends EDTA collection tubes. Sodium-citrate blood has been tested but yielded less; other anticoagulants require user evaluation.
How long may fresh peripheral blood be held?
Peripheral blood should not be held for more than 4 hours before migrasome extraction because hemolysis may substantially affect separation.
