The biopharmaceutical final of the 2022 Zhongguancun International Frontier Technology Innovation Competition was held in Beijing’s Changping Life Science Park on September 15, 2022. Following project presentations and expert evaluation, Migrasome Therapeutics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was selected among the Top 10 projects in the category.
The company presented a multifunctional delivery platform based on migrasomes, newly recognized organelles involved in intercellular communication. The platform builds on original migrasome biology and explores engineered approaches to expand delivery capabilities, improve drug properties and increase therapeutic precision and safety.
Migrasome Therapeutics was founded in April 2022 in Beijing’s Changping Life Science Park. The recognition was an important early milestone and created opportunities for the young company to connect with academic, clinical, industry and investment partners.
The company will continue to strengthen migrasome production, purification, quality control and cargo-loading technologies and advance the translation of original science into technology platforms and product applications.
